i liked him, despite the lack of end product. the attitude of WANTING to take players on is actually quite rare in football, and he had it. but his final ball/shot was what was the problem. good luck emak, he will find his level and do well.

i too hope we move beyond "he's great because he runs all game" attitude that i think holds us back. When i was very young we were actually more well known (80s, early 90s) as a good footballing side who does well nurturing youth. The really good players don't need to spend the whole game...
