Northern Ireland international and on loan midfielder Shane Ferguson extended his loan spell at The Den ahead of the closure of last night’s transfer window.
Having joined us early on in August on an emergency loan spell for a month, agreement was struck yesterday with his parent club for the spell to be extended until January 9, 2016.
Having impressed manager Neil Harris in his two starts and two substitute appearances so far, Ferguson will no doubt be hoping to add a good number of appearances to his tally over the next few months, but of course his quest for a regular first team spot will have to wait until he returns to fitness following his minor hamstring injury.
