Right back Shaun Cummings is now another player set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up an injury in the game against Leeds United at the weekend.
The 25 year old has picked up a thigh injury following the game and physio Bobby Bacic explained to the official site that following scans he’s now likely to be out for a month.
‘The fans who attended Tuesday’s open training session at The Den may have noticed a few absentees, one of which was Shaun. He is facing at least four weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury which he picked up against Leeds United. We will monitor his progress and provide and update when necessary.’
Having joined us from Reading back in the middle of January, the player has gone on to make six appearances for the first time having made his debut in the three one loss to Ipswich Town back on Saturday January 17.
