After a dramatic win at Rotherham, Millwall face a tough trip to one of football`s outposts. If they can get a result from Carlisle, who boast a fine home record, then just maybe we`ve turned a corner.

Vital Quotes:

Willie Donachie said: “We’ve been working very hard this week in training, and if we can show the same commitment and spirit as last Saturday when we came back from two goals down then we will give ourselves a chance. Naturally that result gave everyone a lift and hopefully we will take that confidence into Saturday’s game.”

Carlisle Team News:

Leading scorer Karl Hawley misses out with a broken rib. Paul Murray (knee) and David Raven (groin) are also sidelined. Skipper Kevin Gray returns from injury

Player to watch: Jermaine Beckford

The former Wealdstone striker made a surprise move into the big-time when he joined Leeds last season. But he hardly pulled up any trees at Elland Road and has already been farmed out on loan to Carlisle, where he`ll surely mark his debut against the Lions with his first goal as a professional.

Millwall Team News:

Ben May (shoulder) and Jody Morris (knee) are out until around December. Mark Phillips (shoulder) and Tom Brighton (ankle) are also sidelined.

Player to watch: Danny Haynes

It`s been a long time since we`ve had a real danger-man up front and, while it`s too soon to say Haynes is the real deal, he`s certainly made a bigger impression than most of our recent forwards. If he keeps up this form he’ll be playing for a proper club soon.

Match Prediction:

Carlisle 3 Millwall 0. If we can get something from a tricky trip to Brunton Park then there`s real cause for optimism. However the reality maybe a little more dispiriting for the travelling faithful. It could get ugly.
