Calum Butcher’s contract at Millwall has this evening been mutually terminated and he leaves the club as a free agent.
Having made the move to Millwall back in August 2016 as a free agent from Burton Albion, he went on to make 43 appearances last season, helping the club to promotion back to the Championship.
The 26 year old has seen his opportunities limited so far this campaign however, and following talks both parties have agreed to terminate his deal so he is free to find a new club.
Millwall wish him the best for the future, and the expectation is he will join up with League Two Mansfield Town.
