Defender Mark Beevers has said that Millwall are a completely different proposition when it comes to our progress over the last 12 months.

Beevers makes a return to former club Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow and the focus is obviously on seeing us keep our 100% record so far this season, and speaking to the official site Beevers looked at how we began last year where we had to wait four games before picking up our first win, and yet this season we three victories through all ready.

‘We didn’t have a particularly great start and weren’t playing especially well either. We got a two all draw and our first point of the season up there, but we are a different team now.’

Beevers goes on to say that Wednesday have strengthened over the summer, but so have we, and he sees no reason at all why we cannot continue our winning streak as long as we perform how we know we are capable of performing.

‘We are on a good run going back to the end of last season when we achieved the ‘Great Escape’, we are organised and looking forward to going to Hillsborough and trying to keep the momentum going.’
