It was very much a case of ‘that’s more like it’ for Millwall manager Neil Harris following the victory over his former club Southend United yesterday.

Looking for the squad to bounce back from the Boxing Day defeat to Walsall where he felt they were unlucky to have not taken at least a point from the game, Harris was far the happier following the four goal rout at Roots Hall.

Strikes from Martin, Cummings, Onyedinma and O’Brien (once more) gave Millwall the comfortable three points on the day, and clearly Harris couldn’t have been more thrilled following the ‘outstanding’ performance he saw the players put in.
