Manager Neil Harris has said he continues to be proud of the Millwall players, despite seeing them suffer defeat in Saturday’s game against Coventry City.
Making the trip to the Ricoh Arena for the match with eyes clearly on the Play Off spots, Millwall fell to a two one defeat on the day despite taking the early advantage through Byron Webster.
Two goals in the final half hour from the hosts decided the tie, but with Millwall being reduced to ten men, Harris knew that the players had more than given their all again so he couldn’t fault them on that score, even though he was obviously disappointed to have not seen them at least hold on for a point in the game.
Speaking to the media in his post game press conference, Chopper explained.
