Manager Neil Harris has said he was pleased with the performance of the Millwall players in last night’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy second leg against Oxford United.

Making the trip to the Kassam Stadium for the final stab at the Area Final with a trip to Wembley still within sight, despite a first leg two nil loss, Millwall put in a spirited showing and won the match one nil with Lee Gregory again finding the net.

Aggregate saw Millwall lose overall though.

Harris was taking the positives though, knowing they’d given themselves a mountain to climb from the first game, so he was pleased with the response.
