Manager Neil Harris has been giving his thoughts following today’s very disappointing loss to Shrewsbury Town.

Hosting the League One table bottomers at The Den for today’s clash, Harris had been looking for a reaction from the side given the defeat to Wycombe Wanderers in midweek in the EFL Trophy and whilst arguably he got the reaction he wanted in terms of the performance, game control and attempts on target – the one thing he didn’t get was a goal.

Edging possession and having 12 attempts with seven on target – compared to the visitors four attempts with three on target – putting the ball in the back of the net was the only real failure on the day.

Speaking to BBC Radio London Sport immediately post game, Harris knew the side had been ‘wasteful’ in their efforts but it was the only real criticism.
