Manager Neil Harris has given his thoughts following Millwall’s score less draw with Colchester United on Saturday.
Making the trip to the Colchester Community Stadium for the game, Millwall missed the opportunity to grow the gap in the play off spots by more than a point and slip into sixth place – but with a four point cushion over Wembley JPT victors Barnsley and their game in hand.
With both sides having opportunities to take the win, Harris was disappointed to see the side not be as clinical as they have been of late and he admitted the first half showing was very ‘lacklustre’ by their own standards so he couldn’t be anything but frustrated with the point as it should’ve been more.
He was also hoping it wouldn’t be a costly two points dropped as the side look to bounce back to the Championship at the first time of asking following last year’s relegation.
