Late yesterday afternoon Jimmy Abdou signed a new one year deal at Millwall.
The 33 year old has made close to 350 appearances for the club over his nine year spell with us, scoring nine times and the popular midfielder has played a key part in helping us to Play Off promotion last season with 22 games across the season.
